Hiring Bunting – Terms & Conditions

 

Payment


–   Goods must be booked and paid for at least 5 business days in advance.
–   A refundable deposit of 50% of the hiring cost is required.
–   All deposits are fully refunded within 5 business days of goods returned in their original condition and packaging.

 

Delivery


–   We are based in Cape Town but deliver and collect nationwide via courier.
–   Please allow up to 3 business days for delivery in outlying areas, but generally delivery is within 2 business days.
–  
Your booking will only be confirmed on acceptance and payment of the invoice.  We can only accept EFT at present.
–   Prices are only valid for 30 days from date of quotation.
–   Bunting may be kept for a period of 7 days. Arrangements need to be made for the courier to collect the bunting within
3 days after hire period. Goods returned late will be subject to the weekly hire rate.

 

Condition of Return


We trust you will care for our bunting with the same concern and attention that was used in the making of it. As all our bunting is hand made with love, any abuse, negligence, damages, tearing etc. will be charged up to the full retail price. No cutting or alterations permitted.

 

Cancellation Policy


Orders can be cancelled within 5 days of the date required. Cancellations less than 5 days before scheduled event will incur a 50% charge.
